Steps

Peel, wash potatoes and set to boil

Once ready add some salt and mash them, add lemon and chilli powder paste and mix well.

Start forming balls or cylindrical shapes. Set aside to cool.

Make your paste by mixing flour (you can opt for gram flour) with water, I added turmeric powder for color. Form a smooth almost runny paste..

Dip a few balls in the paste and coat them well.

Deep fry them in preheated oil for about 4 mins. Ensure both sides or rather they are cooked all round.

Serve with chutney or tamarind sauce aka ukwaju. Enjoy!!
