This year I was really looking for some extra chocolatey indulgence and something different, when I happened to stumble across this beauty. And it turned out to be an absolute hit.

This year I was really looking for some extra chocolatey indulgence and something different, when I happened to stumble across this beauty. And it turned out to be an absolute hit.

Brownie: •Melt chocolate & butter until smooth. Remove from the heat and add the yolks one at a time, whisking after each addition.
•stir in the cocoa powder, coffee & salt
•whip the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar until stiff peaks form
•Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture
•pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20min at 180°C. Then let it cool - 2
Mocha mousse: whip all the ingredients until stiff peaked form

Once the cake is cooled, evenly spread or pipe the mocha mousse

Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Now pour or drizzle the ganache over and serve!
