Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsBhindi
  2. 3-4 Onions medium size cut into long pieces
  3. 1 1/2 tbspOil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. to tasteRed chilli
  7. 1 teaspoonDry coriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash,dry and cut bhindi.Now Warm the oil in the pan and add bhindi into it.

  2. 2

    Stir it for 5 minuutes.Now add onions into it and mix them properly.

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric,salt and red chilli and dry coriander powder to the pan and mix all the spices well.

  4. 4

    Put the gas off after 2-3 minutes and cover with lid.Bhindi kurkuri is ready to serve.
