Season and boil the meat and stockfish.blend the ogiri

Bleach palmoil and fry the blended ogiri,fry very well pour in the boiled meat and stockfish stir and cover uncovered for sometime.

Add more water and continue untill ogbono is well cooked.

Crayfish,pepper,salt,royco seasoning,okpei add all these cook well.

Rinse and add the bitterleaves.
