Assemble all your ingredients

In a clean dry bowl, measure in the dry ingredients and whisk to mix

Add in the margarine

Add in the vegetable oil and rub in

Add in the eggs then the milk andknead

Knead to a stiff smooth dough, cover and let rest for 20 minutes before working on it again

Dust your work surface and roll out the dough

Cut into desirable shapes/sizes

In a medium heated oil in a frying pan, fry your dough shapes till golden brown on both sides

Remove from heat and place in an underlined container

ENJOY!!! hot or cold...depends on your preference
