Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar, warm water and yeast together and leave aside for 10-12minutes until the mixture bubbles

Mix in flour, salt and knead the dough

Place in a greased bowl covered with cling film for 20min i.e till the dough doubles in size because of fermentation

Now again knead or punch the dought to escape back the air and again give it rest for 10-15minutes

Now transfer the dough into bread loaf tray rectangular in size and spread the dough evenly to escape the air

Now bake it for 25-30minutes

Bake till golden brown

Let it cool for 15min.

Remove from tray and cut it into slices
