Ingredients

  • 1 tinCaramel treat
  • 1 tinclover fresh cream 250ml
  • 1slab cadbury peppermint crisp chocolate
  • 1 packetbakers tennis biscuit
  • 50 mlorange juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat fresh cream till fluffy and add Caramel treat and mix the two toghter till smooth

  2. 2

    Grate peppermint chocolate and add into fluffy mixture

  3. 3

    Layer tennis biscuit and add orange juice to soften and give a unique flavour to the dessert

  4. 4

    Add mixture and layer with tennis till the top and add grated peppermint chocolate over

  5. 5

    My secret to this dessert is the orange juice and keeping the dessert in the freezer for 20 mins to firm up the mixture really well
