Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cupsoat flour (I grind rolled oats to make flour)
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 3/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Edible Seeds of your choice (Optional). I used flaxseed

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    In a separate container mix milk and eggs

  4. 4

    Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and fold gently. Do not over mix.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter in a lined baking pan and add some rolled oats on top for decoration purposes.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30-40 minutes until a fork goes through and comes out clean.
