Slice Chicken lengthways to reduce the thickness.

Drizzle Lime Juice, then the Honey, over the top.

Cook for 30-40 minutes, medium hot oven, until golden and cooked through. May take longer with thickets pieces!

Can be eaten hot with vegetables, or sliced when cold for sandwiches! Enjoy!
