Soak suji in curd for around 10 minutes. When it absorbs all curd, add 1/2 cup water and salt as per taste. Give a good mix and keep it aside for another 10 minutes. The batter for uttapam is ready.

Chop all the veggies that are required

Pour ladleful of batter on greased nonstick skillet.I made mini uttapam.Spread the toppings.Press a bit. Grill using ghee/oil from both the sides till it gets golden colour from both sides..

Serve hot with mint chutney and coconut chutney.
