  1. 200 gramssemolina
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1eno
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 4-5curry leaves
  7. 1chopped tomato
  8. 1 pinchheeng

Cooking Instructions

    Add semolina curd salt mix it now add Eno.Place in idli stand steam for 15 mins.

    Add oil in kadhai now add heeng,mustard seeds now add chop tomato. Add salt black pepper.Mix nicely all spices.

    Ready to eat.
