Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 3/4 cupcurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 3-4Potato boiled
  5. 2Onion
  6. 4Green chilli
  7. as neededCurry leaves little
  8. 1 tbspOil
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. as neededTomato sauce
  11. as neededTamarind chutney
  12. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  14. 1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Mix semolina and curd together so that semolina binds with curd easily.keep it for 15 minutes

    Boil potatoes

    Chop onions

  4. 4

    Heat oil crackle mustard seeds add chopped onions

  5. 5

    Add curry leaves

  6. 6

    Add spices and salt

  7. 7

    Add coriander leaves in it

  8. 8

    Now grind semolina paste in a mixer or blender adding little water

  9. 9

    Take it out and add more water to make a dosa like paste

  10. 10

    Heat a tawa add little oil spread a ladle full of paste.spread evenly.

    Cover it with the lid

    Turn it and cook on another side

    Again turn and cook a little

  14. 14

    Now place it over a plate fill in the stuffing

    Turn it on both sides

    Roll it like a envelope

    Delicious semolina envelope ready to be served
