Mango & Sticky Rice (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง)

Soak rice for at least 8hr or overnight

Drain water & steam for 30min with pandan
- 3
5min before rice ready, heat coconut milk with sugar & salt till dissolve
- 4
Immediately when rice is ready. Stir coconut mix with rice.

Cover rice & let it rest for 20min. Stir at 10min.

Bring coconut milk for sauce to boil & add salt then corn starch (dissolved with cool water).

Cut mango, put rice & top with sauce
