Heat oil, sauté paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies

Make paste of 2 onions in mixie. Add raw onion paste and sauté until pink. Add turmeric

Make paste of 1 tomato in blender.

Add the tomato paste to the Kadhai and sauté.

Add 1 tsp. Sugar

Add salt according to taste

Add little oil if it dries out.

Boil the 6 eggs 🥚 and cut into halves.

Mix well, add some garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
