  • parboiled cowleg
  • grinder melon
  • crayfish
  • pepper
  • seasoning
  • sliced onions
  • palm oil
  • salt
  • leafugu veg
  • iru

Steps

    Mix the grinder egusi in small water with the onions

  2. 2

    Fry it in the heated palm oil

  3. 3

    Add the parboiled cowl and meatstock

  4. 4

    Add crayfish and seasoning, add your iru

  5. 5

    Cover to boil for like 15 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the slice leaves

  7. 7

    Leave again to boil for another 3 minutes
