Serves 2 servings
  1. 3.5 ozokra (about 100 grams)
  2. 1 cupchopped scallions (about 1 bunch)
  3. 1small cup olive oil (about 1/4 cup or 60 ml)

    Wash the okra and trim the ends. Finely chop the scallions and add them to a small cup of olive oil, along with 1 teaspoon fish sauce. Microwave for 30 seconds.

    Steam the okra until tender. Once cooked, place the okra on a plate and drizzle with the scallion oil. Serve alongside braised fish or braised pork for a delicious meal!
