Take a bowl and add corn kernels.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp water over it and mix.

Now add salt, pepper, all purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour and mix properly.

Heat oil in a kadai and add corn.

Fry until crispy.

Once done, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin.

To temper:

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

Add chopped green chilli and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds.

Now add fried corn, soy sauce, vinegar and mix properly.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
