Heat vegetable oil. Wash and drain rice. Fry in oil till brown. Put in a pot and add enough water to cook the rice. Add ur spices. Cover and allow to cook.

Marinade your chicken. Grill it. Shred the chicken breast. Cook potatoes till tender, add carrots and shredded chicken. season to taste. Make corn flour paste add to your potatoes. Allow to simmer

Dish out your brown rice and put the grilled chicken on top. Serve alongside potato soup
