Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 2 tbspnlemon zest
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2tspn b/powder
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and b/powder and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl put eggs and the lemon zest and juice and beat very well.

    Add sugar and oil and mix.

    Then add flour alternating with milk.

    Put in a greased tin or sufuria and bake in oven preheated to 180°c

    Until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
