8medium pieces of hake
8serving spoons of flour
8serving spoonful of grated rusks (any brand)
2 tablespoonsFish spice of your choice
1 tea cup oiloil

Mix all the dry ingredients (rusks, fish spice) together, fold your fish per piece in the dry ingredients. prep a pan with oil on the stove when it's hot enough fry the fish for 3 minutes each side till it's golden brown

Serve with vegetables or any starch of your choice
