Steps
- 1
In a pot, add all the vegetables and the lamb. Pour in cold water to cover. Do not add oil, as the lamb will release its own fat. Cook until the broth is done.
- 2
Prepare the couscous: steam the couscous twice. After the second steaming, mix it with butter. The couscous is now ready.
- 3
Chop the tomato, onion, and green chili pepper for the salad. Add a little oil and salt.
- 4
To serve, place the couscous in a bowl, pour the broth over it, and top with the lamb and vegetables. Enjoy!
