Ingredients

200 gmaida
2-3 spoonsuji
1 bowlcurd
1/2 spoonsalt
1/4 spoonblack pepper
1/4 spoonajwain
2 spoonghee
2 pinchbaking soda

Steps

Add all ingredients and make a fine Dow. Leave it for 1 hour.

Add oil in the pan and let it heat. Roll a small Dow with roller stick. Fry it till it become brown.

Serve it with white chane and salad, chilli.
