Grind strawberries & blueberries in a grinder into a pulp.Or you can use readymade juices.I preferred fresh berries. Add in few cranberries as well.You can add sugar or honey.

Meanwhile soak chia seeds in water for 10-15 mins.It's a great summer cooler.

Fill in 1/4 of Popsicles and with berries juice. Freez it until it sets.Next pour in Chia seeds.Freez it again.And finally fill the remaining mold with berries juice again.Freez it.Healthy Popsicles are ready..
