Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMixed sprouts(moth beans, whole green gram, black chana)
  2. 2 tsplemon juice
  3. 1/4 cupGrated carrot
  4. 1/4 cupGrated/finely chopped cucumber
  5. as per tasteSalt & black pepper
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspjeera powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak whole beans overnight and discarding the water next day and leave it one day in warm place to Sprout. I have even added white matar.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
