Ingredients

1 cupMixed sprouts(moth beans, whole green gram, black chana)
2 tsplemon juice
1/4 cupGrated carrot
1/4 cupGrated/finely chopped cucumber
as per tasteSalt & black pepper
1/2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspjeera powder

Steps

Soak whole beans overnight and discarding the water next day and leave it one day in warm place to Sprout. I have even added white matar.

Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
