Steps

Take a big bowl, add besan and all spices and 1 tbsp oil, make soft dough for sev.

Grease sev making machine, kitchen press, adjust sev blade, then fill dough.

Heat oil, now press kitchen press, deep fry sev in medium hot oil.

Keep all sev on room temperature.then store it in air tight containers.
- 5
Serve with tea.
