Ingredients

  • 1 cuproasted vermicelli
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok.

  2. 2

    Put mustard seeds.

  3. 3

    When crackle put onions and all the chopped vegetables..

  4. 4

    Stir well

  5. 5

    Add salt and red chilli powder.

  6. 6

    Add vermicelli and cook in the masala.

  7. 7

    Put 2 cups water.

  8. 8

    When boil cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Open and serve hot.
