Heat oil in a wok.

Put mustard seeds.

When crackle put onions and all the chopped vegetables..

Stir well

Add salt and red chilli powder.

Add vermicelli and cook in the masala.

Put 2 cups water.

When boil cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Open and serve hot.
