French Fries and Onions scrambled eggs

Cooking Instructions

Peel, cut wash and strain potatoes. Double fry. Strain, add salt and toss.

Peel, wash and cut onions. Pare wash and cut carrots, deseed and cut pepper, break eggs
- 3
Add oil to pan. Add onions and carrots fry a little. Add thyme, pepper, salt and whisked eggs. Fry.
- 4
Serve with French fries afterwards.
