Steps

In a big bowl add sifted flours, hung and salt. With the help of water make a smooth paste.

Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger paste,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander,lime juice and baking soda. Mix gently.

Now grease a baking tin with oil and pour the batter in this. Keep it aside.

Take a kadhai(skillet). Heat 2 cups of water in it. put a metal plate on bottom of the kadhai as a separator.

Let the water boil. Now put baking tin on the separator and cover the skillet with a lid.

Cook on low flame for 15-18 minutes.

Turn off the gas and open the lid carefully.

Remove the tin from the kadhai and with the help of a knife check if the batter has cooked.

Let this cool down completely.

Now unmould it on a chopping board or plate and cut it into squares. Keep aside.

Take a frying pan. Heat 4 tbsp oil in it. Place the squares in it and let them crisp up on all sides.

Once they're done remove them on an absorbent kitchen paper.

Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds over them.Serve them hot with green mint and coriander chutney or sauce.
