Ingredients

  • 500 gMince (beef or mutton)
  • 1Egg
  • 1Onions (grated)
  • 2 slicesBread
  • 1/2 CupCoriander leaves
  • 4Curry leaves
  • 2 tspGreen Chilli Paste
  • 1 TspGinger garlic
  • 2 TspCumin
  • 1 TspCoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chutney Recipe
  • 5tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 2 TblTomato Paste
  • 1 TspChilli powder
  • 1 TspCrushed Garlic
  • 1/2 TspSugar
  • 1 TspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine Chutney ingredients (tomatoes, onion, green chillies, tomato paste, chilli powder, crushed garlic, sugar and salt) in a pot and let simmer till cooked.

  2. 2

    For the kebabs; fry spices (Green Chilli Paste, ginger garlic, cumin, coriander powder, salt) with curry leaves before adding to mince. Add breadcrumbs & egg then roll to form kebabs.

  3. 3

    Fry kebabs till cooked and add to Chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves
