Wings one kg cut into two pcs.
Marinate with salt, black pepper, mustard paste, cinnamon powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, egg.
Just before frying add in cornflour till its coating is formed (approx.1 to 2 cups)
Deep fry till golden n crispy.Sauce:
In heated Oil fry garlic till golden, add in oyster sauce, soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce,vinegar and honey
