Ingredients

  • 4Idli
  • 1/2 cupAll purpose
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspPepper
  • 1 tspSoy sauce
  • Water
  • For saute
  • Oil
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum
  • 1 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspsoya sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the idly into quarter add all the ingredients till get the smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Dip idly in a batter and fry till golden brown and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In a pan add all the ingredients for saute and fried idli.Idli manchurian is ready to serve;)
