Peel the jicama and shred it into thin strips.

Sauté the leek until fragrant, add the jicama, and season with a little seasoning powder. Do not overcook the jicama to keep it crunchy.

Wash the vegetables and let them drain.

Cut the tofu into medium slices, not too thin.

Lightly moisten the rice paper wrappers with water, then add the vegetables, jicama, and tofu, and roll them up. Finally, add the chives.

Sauté the leek until fragrant, then add the hoisin sauce and a little coconut milk. Season with seasoning powder and sugar to taste. When serving, add crushed roasted peanuts and chili.

If desired, add shredded pickled carrots and daikon to the sauce.
