Ingredients

  1. 1whole pineapple (diced into small pieces
  2. 500 gmsboneless chicken (boiled)
  3. 1 tbspnginger paste
  4. 2tpsn garlic paste
  5. cornflour,black pepper, salt and sugar
  6. frying oil
  7. halfcabbage, one green capsicum, two medium sized tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with ginger and garlic paste and set aside After half an hour sprinkle cornflour and lightly fry yhe chicken.Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a frying pan.Dice the remaining vegetables into small pieces Add ginger garlic paste into the pan.Stir till the colour turns brown.Add vegetables to this with salt.Continue Stir frying.

    When the vegetables become soft add the diced pineapples into the ingredients. Continue frying on a low flame till the pinapple kuice comes out

  4. 4

    Finally add the fried chicken to the mixture and cover the pan with a lid.Keep on a low flame for a few minutes more.

  5. 5

    Remove from the flame, season with black pepper and serve hot.
