In a bowl add washed and pat dried boneless chicken pieces add yoghurt ginger garlic green chilli paste cumin powder salt pepper powder garam masala powder mix thoroughly set aside for 2 hours

After 2 to 3 hours time arrange the chicken pieces in skewers if skewers are not available the u can fry the pieces directly on tawa

Heat a pan and arrange the skewers one by one cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low medium flame the flip and cook on other side too

Once water from chicken evaporates and it becomes dry and spots starts appearing on them brush little little butter on both sides and cook until nice roasted and cooked thoroughly

Serve with green mint chutney lemon slices onion rings some tomatoes
