White chocolate raspberry cookies

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Melt 1/3 white chocolate and add to the mixture. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/356°F.

Sift the flour and the baking powder and dump in one go. Mix until everything is well integrated. Beat the eggs with the vanilla extract and then add to the batter and mix. Add the salt.

Chop half the berries and the rest if the chocolate before addind them to the batter. Stir in.

Use a pastry bag to put the batter on the tray, spacing them. Put half a berry on top if each cookie.
