Dakor famous gota(pakoda)

In a deep bowl, take besan and add semolina to it. (Semolina provide a grainy texture to deep fried gota)

Now add ginger garlic paste. Now add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala

Add fennel seeds, coriander seeds and sesame seeds.

Add white paper powder. And ads pinch of soda

Finally add sugar and lemon juice.add hot oil

Add coriander and salt. Add coriander seeds and mix well

Add 1/2 cup water and make a dropping consistency

Keep a side for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a kadai

Once oil heat make a pakoda fry to golden brown
- 10
Serve hot with onion, curd and green chutney.
