  • 2cucumbers
  • 2bell peppers
  • 1onion
  • 1watermelon
  • 1/3 cupolive oil (80 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsvinegar (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

    Wash all the vegetables and cut them up.

    Cut the watermelon and place it in a bowl with all the vegetables.

    Blend everything together.
