  1. 11tomatoes
  2. 2cucumbers
  3. 2bell peppers
  4. 1onion
  5. 1watermelon
  6. 1/3 cupolive oil (80 ml)
  7. 2 tablespoonsvinegar (30 ml)
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables and cut them up.

    Cut the watermelon and place it in a bowl with all the vegetables.

    Blend everything together.

    Add the olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
