2 cupthin poha
1/2 cupGrated carrot
1/2 cupfinely chopped capsicum and onions
Salt as per taste
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
as needed Oil for frying

Soak poha in water for 10mins.

Squeeze all the water from poha and mix all the ingredients except oil.

Heat oil. Give shape to cutlets and deep fry.

Serve hot.
