Heat oil in a pan and place chap sticks on it. Roast for 2 minutes and turn over. Roast on other side too. Remove chap sticks from pan.

In same pan splutter cumin seeds in remaining oil. Roast bay leaf.

Add finely chopped onions. Roast to pink brown.

Add ginger garlic paste. Saute.

Add pureed tomatoes.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix and cook till oil separates.

Add fresh cream and cook for a minute.

Add 1 cup of water. Give a boil.

Place roasted chap sticks in pan. Cook covered for 5 minutes on sim.

Add kasoori methi, garam masala and kitchen king masala. Mix.
