Take rice and soak it for 20 min.

Mean while rice is soaked,Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil to it. When oil is heated add jeera and other whole garam masala to it. When jeera starts cracking add all greens to it.

Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute it till raw aroma disappear stirring continuously. Add salt and water to it. Close the lid. And allow water to boil.

When the water has started bubbling add rice to it. Cook rice on high flame till one boil. After that put the flame to slow and close the lid. And cook for 15 min.

After 15 min open the lid and check out the rice. When rice is done put off the flame. Serve hot. Goes well with mirchi ka salan and other authentic Hyderabadi dishes.
