Pressure cook the beef with masala for 4 to 5 whistles.

After cooling it grind or chopped the beef

Heat oil in a kadhai,.add chopped onion.Saute till get golden colour.

Then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies.Saute for a while.

Add all the masala powders and saute until the raw smell is gone.Add coriander leaves.

Then add the mashed potatoes and grinded beef into it. Mix well.

Allow to cool.

Make small balls and flat it like the picture.

Dip it in the egg and cover it with the bread crumbs.

Fry it in the oil for deep frying.

You can make 15 medium sized cutlets with this ingredients.

Enjoy with tomato sauce.
