It was my first time to bake thus interesting and challenging.
Steps

Grease the baking tin and set aside.Ensure the jiko is well lit.

Sieve the dry ingredients and mix well.Add the grated lemon too to the mixture.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the mixture.

Add oil and milk simultaneously till the mixture is moistened(It should be lumpy)

Pour some butter in the baking tin and pour the mixture.

Cover well with a tight lid and place it on the jiko. Distribute the charcoal equally both on top and down for equal distribution of heat.

Bake for 30-35 min.
