Steps

Start by adding oil onto the pan,add diced onions and stirfy until translucent.

Add the sliced scotch bonnet and stirfy a bit more

Add in tomatoes and stir fry for another couple minutes

Add in washed and cut spinach in,stir and add the Naija pot seasoning.

Let it cook for about 2minutes and take off heat
- 6
Serve hot with carbs of choice.
