  • Turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • Cucumbers (za urembo)
  • Dried Mint leaves (za urembo pia)

    Fry your onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix eggs, tomatoes and the spices

  3. 3

    Add your mixture to the ready cooked onions and stir till ready

  4. 4

    Add your precooked rice and mix it up.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot, oh rembesha na cucumber raw with some dried mint leaves
