Steps

In a plate put in breadcrumbs,cornflour,little seasoning and mix.

On a bowl brake in 8eggs and add in cinnamon.blackpepper,and 1 seasoning and whisk.

In non stick bowl brush it with oil and pour the egg mixture and cover.

Put a pot on fire and water bring it to boil and put in the covered bowl on the pot.

Let the stem cook the egg properly

Let it cool down and cut to desired size.

Brake in 1 egg in a bowl and whisk.

In a bowl put breadcrumbs,cornflour,little seasoning and mix.

Dip in the hard egg in with whisked egg remove and dip thoroughly in breadcrumbs mixture.till done.

Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown...you can serve with ketchup or garlic sause.
