Steps

Heat oil in the pan and saute eggs till golden brown
- 2
Remove the eggs in a plate and add a pinch of red chilli to it.

Fry onions in a pan till golden brown
- 4
Add ginger garlic paste to it, saute well.
- 5
Add tomatoes and saute till the mixture becomes even.
- 6
Now add red chilli, garam masala, turmeric, salt and sugar.
- 7
Fry everything till the mixture becomes non sticky.
- 8
Pour water as much as needed for gravy.
- 9
Cook to make gravy thick, cut boiled eggs and add to gravy.
- 10
Serve the punjabi style egg curry with roti/parathas/naan or rice.
