Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 4slightly underwrite bananas
  3. 1 tablespoondesiccated coconut
  4. 4 tablespoonssoft light brown sugar
  5. 4 tablespoonlime juice
  6. 2fresh lime slices to decorate
  7. thick and creamy natural yoghurt to serve

  1. 1

    Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the bananas for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until they are lightly golden in colour

  2. 2

    Meanwhile dry fry the coconut in a small frying pan until lightly browned, remove and put aside

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the sugar into the pan with the bananas, add the lime juice and cook stirring until dissolved

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the coconut over the bananas, decorate with lime slices and serve with the thick and creamy yoghurt
