Swiss Desert: although many people associate fondue with the French it originated in Switzerland and this is a perfect ending to a meal especially a party dinner

Arrange the fruit and a serving plate and brushwood the banana and Apple pieces with a little lemon juice

Cover and chill until ready to serve

Place the chocolate, butter, cream and liqueur in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water stir occasionally until melted and completely smooth

Pour the chocolate mixture into a warmed serving bowl and sprinkle with this pistachios

To serve, guess help themselves by skewering fruits onto fondue forks or dessert forks and dipping into the hot chocolate sauce
